BALTIMORE - A key figure in our 3-part investigation called "Bad Medicine" will not get his medical license back.
Dr. Oscar Ramirez lost his license after a Baltimore County woman died just three days after going under a 10-hour cosmetic procedure. Click here to hear Janet Hannan's story.
A judge affirmed the decision made by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
Ramirez argued that Hannan's death had nothing to do with the surgery.
