Prenatal Yoga is just one of several activities expecting mothers participate in to help stress and pain.

ABC2 News', Megan Pringle, takes you to Charm City Yoga in Fells Point to show you some techniques mothers are using to stay relaxed and focused during pregnancy.

You'll hear from a woman who started teaching Prenatal Yoga after she gave birth to her first daughter and how she says yoga during pregnancy prepared her for delivery.
