A Croatian man has lost 160 pounds in just six months on a diet of garlic and onions.

The man weighed more than 360 pounds and doctors warned him to lose weight or risk dying.

The man says he tried several diets that didn't work but then started living off garlic and onions on a plain biscuit with carrot juice.

Doctors warn against the radical diet.

One of the man's friends says that while he looks great "his breath is really rancid."
