LOS ANGELES -
The Jim Henson Company has cut ties with fast-food chain Chick-Fil-A.
The company says it made the decision because of Chick-Fil-A’s opposition to same-sex marriage.
The Henson Company is known for shows like “The Muppets” and “Fraggle Rock.”
The L.A. Times reports the company has been producing puppets for Chick-Fil-A kid’s meals.
The Henson Company will donate money to GLAAD which is an advocacy group for lesbian, gay and transgender people.
