Yogurt has long been associated with healthy eating, but now there's evidence.
New research suggests yogurt could help keep your blood pressure down.
The study followed 2,000 people over the course of 15 years, who did not have high blood pressure when the study began.
The people who consumed yogurt regularly were 31% less likely to get high blood pressure.
The only catch is the study was partially funded by the Dannon Yogurt Company.
