Fall is here, and it won't be long before piles of leaves on the ground are awaiting your rake.
But raking leaves often leaves people with a sore back.
Yoga could be the way to decrease your pain after yard work.
Experts say you should warm up with some simple movements before you head outside.
Move your spine by bending forward, standing up straight, and then bending back.
Try to touch your toes, or twist to the side. The movements don't have to be big, even loosening up a little can help.
Other good moves are sitting in a chair and pulling your knee to the chest to stretch the lower back, or leaning over a chair to roll your spine.
