OKLAHOMA CITY - Kristi Pointer gave quite a gift to her husband Nick on their seventh anniversary -- one of her kidneys.
Nick Pointer went into acute renal failure last December.
He needed a new kidney but his relatives weren't possible donors.
His wife Kristi was tested and turned out to be good match.
The 31-year-old bond trader received his new kidney on their anniversary, September 25th.
Kristi tells The Journal Record of Oklahoma City she wants a long life with husband Nick.
