When it comes to dieting, it's not just the calories that are important. it's how you consume your proteins.

In a new study, researchers found those on low-protein diets gained half as much weight as those on the normal and high-protein diets.

But they found this group lost weight by losing lean body tissue, which they say is not a healthy way to lose weight.
