There’s a new effort by Weight Watchers to not only help you lose weight but keep it off.
On Monday, the company is unveiling Weight Watchers 360, a plan that offers a range of healthy lifestyle techniques.
It builds on the basic plan, which involves monitoring the foods you eat.
Members will still continue track their food intake with the points program but it will also help you change your mindset toward food.
The goal is to help members automatically make the healthier choices.
