Weather changes could cause migraines

NEW YORK -
If you've noticed that you get the worst headaches when the weather changes, it could be more than a sinus problem.
Doctors say migraines are the only type of headache triggered by weather systems.
If you think your headaches may be weather related, start keeping a headache diary. Then you can figure out what type of weather triggers them.
Then you should talk to your doctor about the best method to control them.
