A new study finds working out may help you get a better night's sleep.

Researchers found those who exercise the hardest sleep the best.

On the flip side, those who don't exercise sleep less and are more prone to develop sleep apnea.

Doctors say even a 10 minute walk every day will help you sleep better at night.
