Do you have trouble finding time to exercise?
Now, there's really no excuse for missing a workout?
Lots of people are trying "couch yoga" to stretch and strengthen their muscles.
A certified yoga therapist says you can start by trying a pose called the "rollercoaster."
Judi Bar with the Cleveland Clinic says, "You lean back, now you want to keep your spine straight, and come back up. You're already starting to use deep abs. To make it a little harder, you lean back and lift your legs up, so what's happening now is that you're going deeper into the abs and starting to use the quadriceps a little more."
You can even throw your arms in the air to strengthen your abs even more.
Bar says you decide how long to hold each pose, but try to work up to a 10 count.
As always, be sure you check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
