Traditional Valentine's Day treats may be good for your health.

People who eat chocolate were 29% less likely to have a stroke.

Chocolate reduces blood pressure and helps fight type 2 diabetes. 

Also, have that glass of red wine with dinner. It is good for your circulation and boosts your metabolism, which could help you lose weight.
