Teen birth rate at record low

Teen birth rate in the U.S. has fallen to a new record low. That's according to a new report that indicates between 2010 and 2011, the number of 15-19 year old girls having babies dropped 8%.
The birth rate for older teens, ages 18-19, also dropped.
Health officials say better contraception, family counseling, and the use of intrauterine devices are contributing to the decline in teen pregnancies.
