Losing weight is hard work. Keeping the pounds off can be even more difficult.
The National Weight Control Registry has found a few secrets to successfully keeping the weight off. The registry looked at 3,000 participants who lost an average of 69 pounds and kept most of it off.
These people were more likely to count calories or carbs, eat breakfast regularly and limit eating at restaurants.
