One of the best parts of the weekend is the chance to sleep in.
But German researchers say staying in bed longer on Saturday and Sunday could be making you fat.
It's a phenomenon called "social jet lag" and it happens when you change your sleeping patterns.
One take-away from the study, according to experts, is to try to maintain a regular sleeping schedule.
