Most drivers talk & text behind the wheel

When it comes to talking and texting behind the wheel, the U.S. is worse than drivers in Europe.
A new study by the CDC finds about 69% of Americans admit to chatting on their phones while driving or checking emails and texts.
In Europe, rates ranged from 59% in Portugal to just 21% in the U.K.
The new data comes amid growing concerns over the effects of distracted driving and what can be done to prevent it.
