BALTIMORE -  

The latest numbers show a slight drop in the number of influenza cases in Maryland and while that's encouraging, the problem is the flu usually peaks more than a month from now.

So it is possible for the bug to make a comeback.

Doctors stress there is still time to get the flu shot or the flu-mist nasal spray.

You may have to shop around a bit, but you should be able to find it.
