BALTIMORE - This is the time of year we celebrate family, food, and fun. But for many it can end up being family, fights, and frustrations. The holidays can be stressful.

However, Dr. Bob Wicks from Loyola University says there is a way to handle that stress. He appeared on Good Morning Maryland @ 9 Wednesday to talk about enjoying the holidays and not letting stress get the better of you and to help us stay calm.

Wicks talked about ways we can avoid stress, what is the importantt things to remember, his five "P's", and finding a role model.
