The label says organic and that means you'll probably pay more. Organic food can sometimes cost twice as much.
Is it worth it? Maybe not.
Researchers at Stanford University found there's practically no nutritional difference between organically and non-organically grown produce.
But here's the catch, if you consider pesticides, there's a big difference.
The study found that organic fruits and veggies had a 30% lower risk of pesticide contamination than non-organic.
Meat may be a different story. Scientists also looked at pork and chicken and discovered there's a greater risk of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in non-organic pork and chicken.
