BALTIMORE - It seems when there is a thunder and lightning storm, men are more likely to stay outside.
Which means men, get hit by lightning more often then women.
From 1995 to 2008, 648 people were killed by lightning. 82% of those victims were men.
It seems they just don't like to go inside when storms start. Almost half of all lightning-related deaths involve sports or recreational activities.
