Group suggests HPV vaccine for boys

NEW YORK - The American Academy of Pediatrics is now recommending both girls and boys at 11 to 12 years of age have routine HPV vaccinations.
It's most effective if given before a child becomes sexually active.
The vaccine will prevent genital warts and certain cancers, when those children begin to have sex.
