Fast food restaurants get a lot of criticism for their high fat meals loaded with calories, but there are ways to at healthy at the drive-through.

When you're on the go in the morning, it's not always easy to make you're most important meal of the day a healthy one, but there are five simple steps you can take to pick out a nutritious fast food breakfast.

Some of those including skipping fried foods and passing on meat in your breakfast.
