WASHINGTON, D.C. - A new report says that exercise could be bad for you.
That's according to a recent study published in the journal PLoS One.
The study found that some people react negatively to physical activity and raises their risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high insulin levels.
Scientists aren't sure of the reasoning behind this and they say more research is needed.
They say despite the findings, people should keep in mind the overall benefits of exercise.
