The magazine found Jenny Craig is the best of the big diets because people stuck to the diet longer and got better results.
Slim Fast came in second, thanks to its "shake for breakfast, another for lunch and a 500-calorie dinner" simplicity.
Next was Weight Watchers, followed by the Atkins diet, and the Zone diet.
