Baltimore - So realizing you have a concussion is one of the hardest things to do after getting hit.  But determining when to get back in the game can also be tricky.

The site http://www.sportsconcussions.org/index.html is a great resource for all of your concussions, especially those concerning when you can return to play.

Some things recommended before returning to play:

*physical rest until you are symptom free: this includes limiting TV, texting and reading

*gradual return to play once symptoms are completely gone

And returning the game could take longer for people who lost consciousness, experienced amnesia or had depression after getting hurt.
