Your morning cup of coffee could help keep away cancer. Endometrial cancer is the most common form of cancer of the uterus.

A new study finds that long-term coffee drinking may reduce the risk of Endometrial Cancer.

Drinking more than four cups of coffee a day cut the risk by 25 percent compared to those who drank less than one cup a day. Its anti-oxidant ingredients -- rather than caffeine -- may be the reason.

Researchers caution that adding a lot of sugar and cream to your coffee may offset potential benefits.
