A new study revealed the psychological effects of constant Facebooking on your teen.

Teens who use Facebook more often show narcissistic tendencies and have mental health issues, like depression.

But there are some positive effects of social networking.

It gives shy teens a place to socialize with their peers and could help them communicate in other social settings.

No surprise here, teens who were on Facebook more, had lower graders.

Experts suggest taking tech breaks, while studying to help them focus longer.
