Experts at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology say research shows skin cancer to be the most common form of cancer in the United States – also one of the most deadly.
Skin cancer, particularly melanoma skin cancer, kills more than 8,000 people in the U.S. each year. Experts say research points numbers are and will continue to trend upward.
