Kyle Pott says he lost 50 pounds in three months. Then he wrote about it in his blog on Lifehack.org .
Kyle says he lost the weight between January and March or 2006. Pott says he believes he was successful because he worked on small, achievable goals.
He says you do need to eat well and excersice but here are his tips to losing 50 pounds in three months.

4) Make Your Diet Public
5) Don't Diet on the Weekends
6) Don't Sacrifice Your Life for Your Diet
7) Make the Small Changes
8) Gain Perspective by Understanding the Fractions
9) Rationalize Your Workouts
10) Have a Red Flag Weight
Kyle says he followed the Weight Watchers diet although he didn't pay for the program. He found everything he needed to know about the meal plan online.
