LOS ANGELES - 10 students from Irvine High School have bragging rights. They earned perfect scores on the ACT college entrance exam this year.
The ACT is a curriculum based test. According to the Huffington Post, only 0.04 percent of students nationally who took the ACT college entrance exam received a perfect score last year.
The principal says the school has been encouraging more of its students to take the ACT exam. It aligns with the schools curriculum. The principal says each year about three or four students get perfect ACT scores and two or three get perfect SAT scores.
