TOWSON, Md - Blaine McGlothlin, a Parkville High School student, earned a gold medal in the 13th annual Special Olympics North America Golf Invitational Tournament.
More than 200 golfers from 18 Special Olympics programs across North America competed in the tournament.
McGlothlin and his golf partner played as an alternate shot team for a 9-hole competition. He competed in Level II of the five level national tournament.
