Maryland ranks 33 in college debt in the country

BALTIMORE - When it comes to college debt, Maryland comes in number 33 in the country.  The average college student had more than $21,000 in debt after they graduated.

More than half of students had to borrow to pay for school.  Currently, about 9 percent of recent college graduates were unemployed.
