Grand re-opening of KIPP facility - Dr. Andres Alonso will join business leaders and educators in a ribbon-cutting ceremony as KIPP Baltimore celebrates it's 10th anniversary with a newly renovated facility in Northwest Baltimore.
Local philanthropists made it possible for KIPP to expand the Dr. Roland Patterson Campus.
The facility will now serve 1,000 students after getting a $4 million makeover that includes newly designed kindergarten classrooms.
KIPP Students and staff will tour the building right after the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The ribbon-cutting takes place from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
