BALTIMORE - Several Cecil County Schools are opening two hours late because of fog. Kent County Schools also have a 1-hour delay.
Bo Manor High and Middle Schools, Cecilton Elementary, and Chesapeake City Elementary School's are opening 2 hours late because of fog this morning (Cecil County Public Schools)
Kent County Public Schools are operating on a 1-hour delay.
