COLUMBIA, Md - Howard Community College's new Health Sciences building opens with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday. The new facility is the college's first "Green Building."
There are approximately 2,116 students taking Health Science courses at the college. The building will house programs focusing on Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Emergency Medical Services, Exercise Science, Life Fitness, Health Care, Health Education and several others.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Monday from 9:45am to 10:30am followed by tours of the state of the art facility.
