BETHLEHEM, Pa. - A former Lehigh University graduate in Pennsylvania is suing the school over a bad grade.

According to CNN, Megan Thode filed a lawsuit against the university over a "C+" grade she was given in a chemistry course in 2009.

Thode claims the grade prevented her from continuing in her program of study.  The lawsuit accuses the school of sexual discrimination and breach of contract.

Thode is seeking $1.3 million dollars in damages from the university.
