TOWSON, Md - Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will honor 19 high school seniors from six Baltimore County public high schools who have been named finalists in the 58th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.
These students are eligible to compete for 8,300 National Merit Scholarships worth a total of more than $32 million. The students attend Catonsville, Dulaney, Franklin, Hereford, Perry Hall and Towson High Schools.
Baltimore County Schools Superintendent Dr. S. Dallas Dance will attend this event. It will be held on Thursday at 4 pm in Towson.
