FREDERICK, Md. - Work is pretty sweet for 20-year-old Cody Marwine.
He's now the assistant chocolatier at The Perfect Truffle in Frederick, Maryland. His latest project is to develop a bacon-flavored truffle for the shop. He says they've been trying new recipes, but his boss can't eat anymore bacon chocolates.
Marwine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America this spring. He tells the Frederick News-Post he hopes to run the kitchen in a fine restaurant someday.
