COLUMBIA, Md. - Howard County Police are looking for a man they say exposed himself to a woman in the parking lot of a Target in Columbia.
Police say a woman got into her car to leave the store on Dobbin Road when a man got out of a white van and flashed her.
He is described as a large white man with dark brown hair, wearing baggy pants and a sweat shirt.
His van is described as an older model white van with thick rubber around the windows.
