FOREST HILL, Md. - A party at a home on Hill View Court in Forest Hill set the stage for the attack.
When the house began filling up with high school students, a young girl sought refuge from the crowd and the noise by heading down to the basement, but it appears someone followed her.
The victim told police a man later identified as 16-year old Alessandro Lori pushed her to the ground and told her to remove her clothing.
When she refused, he allegedly produced a lighter and threatened to burn her face.
According to charging documents, the teen ultimately pulled out a knife and stripped her down before rubbing his penis against her body, trying unsuccessfully to insert it into her mouth and then penetrating her with either the knife or a part of his body.
During the attack, the victim says the suspect struck her in the head several times and bit her neck.
A few days later when the young girl began experiencing pain in her abdomen and pelvis, she told her parents about the attack and they reported it to police.
Lori is now being held at the Harford County Detention Center with no bail facing a series of charges including assault, multiple degrees of sex offense and attempted perverted practice.
