BEL AIR, Md. (WMAR) - A Street youth pastor has been charged with sex offenses involving a minor at a bible school.

The charges stem from an August 21 report. A 16-year-old girl reported to the Child Advocacy Center that she was approached by Walter Harrison Yocum, 35, at a vacation bible school earlier in the summer.

While the Harford County State's Attorney has not release much information in the case, they say Yocum has been charged with third and fourth degree sex offense, sex abuse of a minor and second degree assault.

Yocum is being held at the Harford County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
