BENSON, Md. - Police in Harford County released a sketch Thursday of the man they say robbed a post office.

Officials say the man waited in line with other customers at the post office on Connolly Road until he got to the counter, at which time he displayed a handgun, leaned across the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money from the register.

The man then fled the area on foot. He is described as a white male about 6' tall, in his 30's with dark hair, wearing sunglasses, blue jeans with a red trim and a gray sweatshirt.  Officials say he's about 200 pounds.

There were no reports of any injuries in the robbery. Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 410-838-6600.
