BEL AIR, Md. -

Schools are supposed to be a safe place for children.  So Harford County students shouldn’t be alarmed if they see an increased police presence at schools on Wednesday morning.

It’s a precautionary measure officials are taking, after finding a threatening note at C Milton Wright High School on Tuesday.

It was the second threat in the last seven days.

Investigators say four other schools in the area were included in the note.

They don’t believe it’s a credible threat, but are adding the extra security just in case.
