Police charge man in Bel Air murder

BEL AIR, Md. (WMAR) -
Bel Air Police have arrested and charged a 31-year-old man with the murder of Rodney Holmes Smith.
Victor Levi Colbert was arrested at his Dundalk home Wednesday morning and charged with second degree murder, first and second degree assault for the death of Smith in his Bel Air home.
Smith's body was found in his apartment on Monday. Police ruled his death as a homicide and say that he died from blunt force trauma.
Colbert is due in court for a preliminary hearing on January 10, 2013.
