EDGEWOOD, Md. (WMAR) - Harford County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man after they say he stripped down to his boxers, threw money in the air and approached students at Deer Filed Elementary School.
Deputies were called to the school at about 10:00 a.m. Wednesday for reports of a suspicious person.
Christopher Burrell was seen in the front parking lot of the school wearing only his boxers. He was also seen by school staff removing his clothing and throwing money up in the air and acting in a bizarre manor.
Burrell was questioned by police, but they say he could not answer simple questions. Due to Burrell's behavior, he was taken to a local hospital for an evaluation.
