FALLSTON, Md. - Police in Harford County have arrested and charged a man in connection with a bank robbery this morning.

Witnesses were able to provide Deputies with a description of the Montgomery.

A short time after the robbery, Deputies responded to the scene of a crash in the 13,000 block of Baldwin Mill Road in Baltimore County in which the man involved matched the suspect description from the bank robbery and who had dye on his hands.
