WESTMINSTER, Md. - State Police have charged a registered sex offender with indecent exposure after he was caught following a young girl at the Goodwill store in Westminster.
Police say 61-year-old George Edward Esworthy of Ewing Drive was following the girl and her parents as they walked around the store on August 29. A store employee saw Esworthy touching himself with his pants pulled below his waist.
The store manager called police who escorted Esworthy out of the store and told him never to return.
Esworthy was charged with one count of indecent exposure and was let out of jail on $15,000 bond.
