Person stabbed outside Pizza Boli's

WESTMINSTER, Md. (WMAR) - Westminster City Police have arrested Frank Anthony Douma, 27, in connection with a stabbing that happened Monday night.
Police say Douma stabbed a person outside the Pizza Boli's on East Main Street.
Douma was arrested Tuesday afternoon for first degree assault.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released.
