TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) -

The woman accused of killing her mother by neglect has pleaded guilty a manslaughter charge.

The Cockeysville woman, Sharon Caslow, 65, was accused of the January 17, 2012 death of her 91-year-old mother, Audrey.

Audrey was found seated on a toilet. It was later determined that Audrey had been there for two days in the bathroom of the home she shared with her daughter Sharon.

Sharon told police that she was aware that her mother was in the bathroom, but did not call for help.

Audrey was taken to a hospice care, where she died 10 days later. It was determined that she had injuries consistent with neglect and her death was ruled a homicide.
